The Hive welcomes a wide range of vendors and distinctive concepts. Jewelry, design, fashion, antiques, art, minerals, handcrafted collections, and home decor are examples, not limits. If your collection brings something original to The Hive, we invite you to inquire.
Does the site plan show current availability?
No. The site plan illustrates the broader development vision and proposed phases. It is not a live availability map or a record of completed construction.

The first retail spaces are the starting point for a larger vendor destination. The site plan brings together additional retail buildings, outdoor areas and places to gather. Later phases include multipurpose and hospitality areas, extending the project beyond the seasonal shopping experience. Vendors joining now become part of The Hive while the venue is still developing.
